About FAB
The company FAB was established as early as 1911 with an initial manufacturing programme comprising of locks for the building industry, such as mortise and furniture locks and associated fittings. In 1958 this product range was complemented with locks and keys for the automotive industry. The company has gradually become the exclusive supplier of cylinder locks for the entire car industry segment in the former Czechoslovakia, as well as supplying OEMs in other countries.
In 1996 FAB joined ASSA ABLOY Group and this association gave FAB the advantage to be a member of reputable group of companies with a world-wide field of activities specialising in security.
Our extensive experience with car lock production was enhanced in 2007 when the company CE Marshall Ltd., the leading UK supplier of lock systems for cars and vans, was amalgamated into FAB.
